The 2003 Catalog of British Local Stamps is now available and highly recommended for those who are interested in this area of philately. The catalog is in the form of a CD containing approximately 350 MB of information. If printed it would require over 800 A4 pages. The catalog lists many thousands of stamps and souvenir sheets

B.L.P.A. Catalog Numbers will be used as the main reference number for all British Locals on this site. Changes to reflect the new numbers have been made to Bernera, Eynhallow, Grunay and Staffa. Others will follow as time permits.
